I’m an associate professor of sociology and political science at Le Moyne College. My work has primarily been in the sociology of religion, but I’m beginning to spend more time thinking about the general processes of authority, domination, and cooperation in everyday life. I’ve started this blog as a way to write brief entries related to my work as an educator and a researcher.

I’ve also decided that “milieuxmorass” is a terrible name for a blog. I like it, but it’s too hard to remember and just sounds strange. Nonetheless, I’m sticking with it!
